Our lawn care program keeps turf lush and healthy across metro Atlanta with a series of timed rounds, feeding, weed control, and preventive insect and disease care, all applied by certified applicators and built on the principle that healthy turf resists problems better than any treatment cures them.

Each round targets what the turf needs at that point in the season. Timing is matched to your turf type and property, and every application is made and documented by a certified applicator.

Why seven rounds instead of a few visits?
Because turf care is a season-long job, not a one-time treatment. Weeds germinate at different times, the lawn needs feeding at the right growth stages, and pressure from insects and disease rises and falls through the year. Spreading the work across timed rounds means each application lands when it will actually help, which is what keeps the lawn consistently lush instead of green-then-struggling.
What exactly do you apply each round?
Each round is built around what the turf needs at that point in the season: pre-emergent weed barriers early, balanced feedings through the growing season, preventive insect and disease control in summer, aeration preparation in fall, and a winterizer to close the year. The specifics are matched to your turf type and property, and every application is made by a certified applicator and documented.
What is not covered by the program?
The program covers routine feeding and weed control and preventive insect and disease pressure. Some issues fall outside it: a severe disease outbreak, an established subterranean-insect infestation, or a soil amendment such as lime. Those can be provided as additional services once we diagnose them, explain the corrective action and its cost, and get your approval. Nothing extra is applied without a sign-off.

Mostly just mow and water sensibly, which is where a management program helps: the same firm mowing your grounds and watching your irrigation is coordinating with the turf-care rounds, so the mowing height, the watering, and the treatments all work together instead of against each other.

No. The rounds of the program are agreed in advance. Anything beyond them is diagnosed, quoted, and approved by you before it happens, so there is never a treatment on your bill you did not authorize.
